[RULES]

VENUE RULES

 

  • You are not allowed to bring your own drinks and food into the venue. 
  • No use of illegal drugs in or around the venue.
  • No smoking inside the venue.
  • Acts of physical violence towards players/staff or damage to the equipment will be handled with a disqualification and a report to the police if necessary.
  • Harassment of any kind towards players/staff will have consequences based on the number and severity of the offenses. Consquences may range from warnings to disqualifications to bans. Harassment may mean: sexual, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
  • You are obligated to follow instructions from the staff and TOs.

 

GENERAL TOURNAMENT RULES

 

  • Coaching between games is allowed. Players are limited to one (1) coach per match. Coaching time is limited to 60 seconds max.
  • Main Events will use a double elimination bracket.
  • Pools (if necessary) will consist of 8-man/16-man double elimination brackets with three players advancing to the semi finals (one player on winners and two on losers side). A loss in the pool bracket carries over into the semi finals.
  • By default, a winner of a match must keep the exact character/team, while the loser may change their selection. Exceptions to this rule may be found in the ruleset of certain games.
  • After a match, the loser of the match has to report the result to the score keeper.
  • TitanOne und CronusMax converters are banned
  • If a player fails to play their match for 10 Minutes, without letting a score keeper know, a game loss will be given. If both players fail, the game win will be given to the higher seeded player.
  • Pausing will result in a game loss
  • You must bring your own controller. Also please ensure the compatibility of your controller with the game system your tournament is played on. Failing to play might result in a game loss.

PRIZING

Bracket for less than 64-People has the following split for the pot:
  • 1st 60% of the Money from the pot
  • 2nd 25% of the Money from the pot
  • 3rd 15% of the Money from the pot

 

 Specific Pot Rules for King of Fighters 15:
  • 1st 50% of the Money from the pot
  • 2nd 25% of the Money from the pot
  • 3rd 10% of the Money from the pot
  • 4th 7,5% of the Money from the pot
  • 5th/6th 3,75% of the Money from the pot​​​​​​​
Bracket for more than 64-People has the following split for the pot:
  • 1st 50% of the money from the pot
  • 2nd 20% of the money from the pot
  • 3rd 13% of the money from the pot
  • 4th 7% of the money from the pot
  • 5th/6th 3% of the money from the pot
  • 7th/8th 2% of the money from the pot

 

REFUND POLICY

 

  • For refunds please contact info@fighters-fest.com with the subject Refund Request and your start.gg name and info.
  • The full amount will be refunded except for the processing fee
  • Refunds will be possible until the end of registration: 11th January 2026

How Do I Get There Easily From The Airport?
From the Munich Airport you take the S-Bahn S8 (dirction: Hersching) until you get to the stop Hauptbahnhof.  At the Munich Central Station take the U5 in direction Neuperlach Süd. Exit the train at the terminal station. There you take the bus 210 in direction Brunnthal, Zusestraße. Ride the bus until the station Ottobrunn, Ortsmitte. From there the venue is within 4 minutes of walking distance.

How Can I Get There From The Central Station?
At the Munich Central Station take the U5 in direction Neuperlach Süd. Exit the train at the terminal station. There you take the bus 210 in direction Brunnthal, Zusestraße. Ride the bus until the station Ottobrunn, Ortsmitte. From there the venue is within 4 minutes of walking distance.

Which Ticket Do I Need To Get To The Location?
The venue is located in the M/1-Zone, when coming from Munich you'll need a Single Ticket Zone M-1. One trip is 6,10€. A day-ticket is 11,10€ and a group-day-ticket (for up to 5 people) is 20,10€.

 

If you start your trip within the outer district of Munich (for example at the Airport), you'll need a ticket covering zones M-6 for 16,10€
